How often can I reserve a room?
Students (users) are limited to one room reservation per week. Once that reservation is fulfilled, you may reserve another.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes, of course. In order to cancel a reservation click here and use the reservation selector and delete button. Please cancel any reservations you do not plan on attending. Others may want to use the study room!
During what hours are rooms reserved?
Everyday during all hours rooms are allowed to be reserved. During reservation times, if a room is open you are allowed to use it, but if the reserver arrives you must leave.
What do I do if someone is in my reserved room?
Kindly ask the person in the study room to leave. Be prepared to show proof of your reservation through the app.
